O-An Zendo is located in the residential community of Julian Woods 1.5 miles north of the village of Julian on Alternate US Route 220 (S. Eagle Valley Road) approximately midway between Port Matilda and Milesburg (10 miles from either one). It is 9 miles west of State College, Pennsylvania, in Centre County. |

From downtown State College Shortcut from downtown State College From Port Matilda (coming from Altoona/Philipsburg) From Milesburg (Interstate 80 interchange) : Take Exit 158 from Interstate 80, following Alternate Route 220 South.Go 9.5 miles, through the village of Unionville. Continue 2.5 miles after Unionville, passing the Keystone Glider Port on the left. ½ mile after the glider port, turn right at the green street sign, Julian Woods Lane, onto a gravel road. (There is also a tall sign for Julian Woods Community.) Follow the lane up the hill 1.2 miles to the signpost at the driveway that says O-An Zendo, 1 Endless Circle. Park on either side at the top of the driveway. Walk up the stone path through the arbor to the entrance. On entering, please keep silence. Please remove your shoes in the entry. Go through the double doors, turning immediately right, up the stairs to the meditation hall. |
